Brad heads to TPC Craig Ranch for 2nd Stage of US Tour School 09/11/2009
Brad headed to the Nationwide Tour Championship at Daniel Island with confidence after his 5th = finish at the which are the Miccosukee Championship.
The Tour Championships has the Top 60 players at the end of the regular
season turn up for a final chance to finish inside the Top 25.
Brad began with two 2 under par 70s which were followed up by a 2 over
74 and even par 72 to finish 2under the card in 37th = place.
With the 37th = finish Brad was not quite able to stay inside the top
40 with the 26th to 40th spots on the Final Order of Merit going
straight to Final Stage of Q School for another crack at gaining the
2010 season PGA Tour card.
After playing 13 events in the previous 14 weeks Brad was obviously
disappointed on one hand on the other he had secured a fully exempt
Nationwide Tour Card for the 2010 season to balance things up a little.
After two weeks 2 weeks break including a week in New York, Brad has
been at TPC Sawgrass this past week practicing before flying to Texas
on Friday NZ time to prepare for the 2nd Stage of US Tour School where
he is playing at the TPC Craig Ranch.
After catching up with Brad again yesterday the fire is back burning
again and he is looking forward to Texas teeing off on the 18th US Time.
